I can see that if that fence were not there people would be turning that knob all the time. Is this in Hull at the Scott plant? There should be a law against posting summer pictures on winter days that are past -20 C. Good photo. I like how you painted the fire Hydrant to match the wheel and planted all those vines. Good brick work too.

@FOTM: Yes...Hull, but I don't think it's the Scott plant but I think it's either part of Domtar or the hydro plant.
