Happy Mothers Day, Mom. Here are some flowers for you. Sorry if I possibly can't call you today. It's probably because I can't get any reception on my cell in the park. Road trips like this and camping remind me of you and the great times we had going to the east coast, Lake Superior, Manitoulin, St. Louis, and the countless other great places you've taken Ray and I. You've been the best mother anybody could ask for. Your stength, patience, and virtue have been a true inspiration. I love you, Mom.
I really liked the way the leaf cups and protects the young flower. The leaf is actually on a seperate stem and later spreads out which adds to its beautiful design. I don't exactly know what kind of fower this is but when I find out I'll post another angle of it and let you know. If anybody knows the name of this flower, please comment.

I love seeing things through you and your mothers eyes.
I can feel the love of a mother hugging and protecting her child as I read your words and see this photo. It also reminds me of when your mom gives you and Ray that extra long hug.

The flower is like a mother and child. Protecting and releasing once the child is fully grown. Just like you and me. I love the picture and my mother's day wish, Ron.
