Notes
Anyone who has visited Ottawa in the last 10 years or so has noticed that the parliament buildings have been under perpetual construction.
I've been incredibly busy and don't have a lot of time to process anything. This one is straight out of the box and the next few might be as well. I like the light on the tarp in this shot but I find the trees to be a little distracting. I think I'll try another take on this soon.

It kinda reminds me of the opening skit on Monty pythons meaning of life movie with the building wrapped in tarps that sets sail once they weigh anchor. Maybe thats why their under constant construction, someones a big Python fan and perhaps a bit of a moron and hoping to one day set sail with the parliament buildings.
