Sunset stroll in Paynes Prairie State Park, Florida. It was a great day of birding. Sightings included Common Moorhens, a King Rail, Barred Owl, Ibises, Herons, Egrets and Carolina Wrens just to name a few. The next day's birding was just as rewarding if not better. Paynes Prairie wasn't in our original plans but turned out to be a top highlight of the trip.

These boots were made for walking, and that's just what they will do, and one of the days these boots will walk over the praries to.
