Road Trip Entry No.3:
It was getting late and we needed a place to camp and there didn't seem to be anything on the map...nothing for miles. I saw this little bait and tackle store so I figured they'll know where we could find a place to camp nearby and get us equipped with the usual camping vices such as Beer, Cigarettes, and possibly a snake bite kit. They didn't have any kits but told us to simply rush to the nearest hospital, which was several hours away, and get the antidote for about 00.00. Other advice from the younger help (not pictured here): "Watch out for them Rattle Snakes out there. You can't just shoot the body, you've gotta go right for the head on them."
They must have assumed we carried guns. After all, this is Texas! Seymour, Texas.
We were taking photos of a muffler robot such as the ones Peggy built on King of the Hill, when one of the locals asked, "What the hell are y'all taking pictures of that for? Why don't you get a shot of us?" So here it is.
They were really interested to hear we came all the way from Canada and were quite hospitable. They gave us complex directions to a free campsite down at Miller's Creek Reservoir (see south-west of Seymour map).
Special thanks go out to the staff and customers of "The Pit Stop" in Seymour, Texas.

These are some awesome photos buddy. You didn't doctor them with photoshop did you? The Exposure and lighting is excellent- but who am I. Keep it up.

No colouring. Indoor lighting without flash can sometimes give cool and unexpected results. The only thing I did in photoshop is a bit of sharpening since I had to take the shot with a low shutter speed because I had a bit of handshake blur. Thanks for stopping by, Nuke.
