Road Trip Entry No.2:
Corrie actually took this while I was driving through the beautiful state of Missouri. Driving suddenly became much more enjoyable once we got to St. Louis. The sky finally cleared up after 2 days of steady rain while driving through Ontario, Ohio, and Illinois. I guess it wasn't as bad as the poor folks in Ottawa who got nearly 2 weeks of crappy weather....suckers!
We also ended up stopping at the Meramec Caves after being bombarded with endless billboards for it. Unfortunately the attraction was closed and the campground there seemed to be completely flooded.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank my parents for lending us the cargo carrier, AKA: "The Turtle", which you can see on the top of the car. The trip would not have been possible without it.

Reading about you traveling through St. Louis and Missouri makes me really sad. Because it means there could have been the chance for you to stop in and maybe have a cup of coffee or something and I missed it. Yes, this was a year ago obviously but still...
Hopefully I'll get the chance to know beforehand next time! I haven't seen you in ages, Ron!
