This is one of many Century Plants we saw on the way up to Emory Peak, which is what I think might be in the background. This is a really cool plant that grows up to 25 feet high but only lives for about 25 years contrary to what the name implies.

That's an Odd lookin plant. I think I might have tied to eat it.
